Senior by default
Every engagement is led by a partner from kickoff to handover. No bait-and-switch, no junior team parachuted in after signature.
The Guidant was founded in 2014 to practise consulting the way it should be practised: senior partners on the work, plain-spoken counsel, decisions executed and not shelved. A decade on, we are the firm our clients tell us they wish more of the industry resembled.
We work with founders, executives and operating teams who are building for the long arc — not the next quarter. They want their organisation to be more capable next year than it is today, and they want a partner willing to do the work alongside them to get there.
That is the practice. Sometimes it is a ninety-day diagnostic. Sometimes a year-long ERP rollout across five entities. Sometimes it is a quiet weekly call with a CEO who needs a sharper second opinion. The standard does not vary.
They are the standard every engagement is held to — and the reason we decline work that does not fit.
Every engagement is led by a partner from kickoff to handover. No bait-and-switch, no junior team parachuted in after signature.
We trade jargon for clarity. If a recommendation cannot be explained in a sentence, the thinking behind it is not yet finished.
We recommend the platform, the methodology and the operating model that fit the business — never the ones that fit our pipeline.
We are measured on what changes inside the business, not the thickness of the report. The deliverable is the change.
The strongest engagement is one your team could repeat unaided. We design for that outcome from day one.
We do the work, name the trade-offs and tell you what we would do differently. No theatrics, no varnish.
The Guidant is founded in Beirut. Management consulting, partner-led from the first engagement.
ERP practice formalised. Microsoft Dynamics and Odoo implementations delivered for regional SMBs and mid-market clients.
Enterprise mandates open across the GCC. Cross-border programmes spanning Lebanon, the UAE, KSA and the wider MENA region.
Training & enablement stands up as its own practice — capability transfer made the deliverable, not the side-effect.
A multidisciplinary partnership advising organisations across eight sectors, on seven ERP ecosystems, from a single senior bench.
Our partners and consultants pair functional mastery — finance, operations, technology, people — with sector context drawn from having operated inside the industries they advise. Engagements are staffed in pairs so the work has both pace and a second pair of eyes on every recommendation that leaves the room.
Full partner and consultant profiles are shared with prospective clients on request.
Thirty minutes with a partner. Confidential, off the record, and a direct read on whether we are the right firm for the work.
